Fashion’s Night Out: An Invitation to Rock the Runway for a Purpose

Downtown Seattle is a mecca for distinctive style and up-and-coming trends. On September 6th, the atrium at Pacific Place will transform into the swankiest fashion event of the season – Fashion’s Night Out. With the complete cocktail receptions followed by a fashion show, the evening promises to deliver a truly remarkable experience.

Imagine the atrium at Pacific Place transformed into a runway that will give 250 seated ticket holders a close-up view of some of Seattle’s finest autumn apparel and accessories. Seattle Met will stage “red carpet” photos for everyone attending the event dressed to impressed.

General Admission and VIP tickets are available for $75 and $125 respectively and may be purchased through the event web site, VIP guests will enjoy premier seating for the fashion show, deluxe swag bags, raffle prizes, access to the Roche Bobois lounge and reception, and complimentary valet parking. General admission ticket holders will also be treated to a very special cocktail reception on the Level 2, runway show seating, swag bags and raffle prizes.  The cocktail receptions begin at 5:30 p.m. Following the Fashion’s Night Out receptions, guests are invited to take their seats for a designer runway show featuring fall fashion – Downtown Seattle Rocks the Runway on Thursday, September 6th at 7 p.m. The public is invited to a free, exclusive look-see from the balconies above, where hundreds more will witness this incredible, one-of-a-kind spectacle.

Fashion Show Participants: Nordstrom, Macy’s, Barneys New York, True Religion Brand Jeans, SEVEN Salon, Eileen Fisher, Baby & Co., Alhambra, OSKA Edina and Karen Dannenberg, among others.

Think of Fashion’s Night Out as a celebration of fabulous new fashion, fantastic food and a memorable experience.  The evening festivities will be unparalleled. Guests of the event will be completely enamored with the details that have gone in to making this year’s Fashion’s Night Out in downtown Seattle epic. The evening will also serve a charitable cause. Pacific Place and Seattle Met magazine have partnered up with O Wines.  Net proceeds from ticket sales will fund college scholarships for young women through O Wines Opportunity for Success Scholarship Program. Fashion’s Night Out also kicks off Pacific Place’s All For Fall, which runs from Thursday, September 6th, through Sunday, September 9th. Pacific Place continues the celebration all weekend with in-store events and specials from gifts with purchase to discounts off regular prices. Shoppers who collect $100 in same-day receipts during the four-day promotion will receive a free Pacific Place $10 gift card, while shoppers collecting $300 in same-day receipts will receive a free $30 Pacific Place gift card.
